At EZCutoutz, all our products are made to order and crafted specifically for your event. Because of the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We do not carry inventory, and we do not accept returns under any circumstances except in cases of damage or delivery issues. Please read the details below carefully.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery date on your tracking information.

Non-Returnable Items
We specialize in custom event décor—including cutouts, backdrops, decals, and signage—which are made specifically for each customer. As such, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

Custom or personalized products

Items that have been used for events

Sale items or gift cards
Please make sure your details are correct before placing your order.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. All orders are final unless they meet the damage or delivery issue criteria mentioned above.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if a reprint is not possible for a damaged or lost order.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
