At EZCutoutz, every product is custom-made just for you. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand timelines, shipping coverage, and what to expect after placing an order.
Order Processing Time
All items are made to order. Our standard production time is:

1–3 business days for processing and printing
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been produced, shipping takes approximately:

Rush Shipping
We offer rush shipping options for an additional fee.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size. Some large items may ship in multiple boxes.
Note: Oversized items (like large backdrops or cutouts) may be folded for shipping. Folds are unnoticeable and are on the back. Quality is not affected.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to begin updating.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us at hello@ezcutoutz.com with your order number. While we are not liable for courier delays, we’ll assist where possible.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
